The Paragon Beholder was built using Evrsoft 1st Page 2000, which was free from Evrsoft but seems to have disappeared.
Xara Webstyle 1.2 was used to develop the title bars. Have a look at the Xara Website for more information.
Pictures were edited using the free version of VCW Vicman's Photo Editor available from VicMan or with ArcSoft PhotoStudio.
