The Paragon Beholder Editor-in-Chief: UnSub

Issue One's articles were all done by UnSub.

The City of Heroes pictures were taken from the screenshots section of the City of Heroes site.

The Paragon Beholder was built using Evrsoft 1st Page 2000, which is free from Evrsoft.

Xara Webstyle 1.2 was used to develop the title bars and "Advertise!" jpegs. Have a look at the Xara Website for more information.

Pictures were editted using the free version of VCW Vicman's Photo Editor available from VicMan.
